I am a brand storyteller, born and raised in San Francisco, but currently living in sunny South Florida. My career has evolved within the non-profit sector from program and philanthropy management in the San Francisco-Bay Area to creating and curating content for healthcare, academic medicine, higher education, and health IT organizations in metro Atlanta and South Florida.
In 2017, I relocated to South Florida to work for one of the largest healthcare systems in the country, Memorial Healthcare System. As the senior content marketing strategist, I collaborate with an agile team of marketers, web development, CX, UX, SEO, SEM, social media, and creative specialists around the country to optimize healthcare content across the organization's channels. I also work closely with adult and pediatric medicine healthcare providers, patients, and their families to craft authentic stories that strive to build trust in the community.
Before joining Memorial, I spent 12 amazing years in Atlanta becoming an urban cyclist and building a career as a content marketing specialist, graphic designer, and web content manager in higher education, health IT, and academic medicine at:

Born and raised as a latchkey kid in San Francisco's Bayview-Hunter's Point, I came up in a time of peace, hip-hop, grunge, AIDS, gang violence, Sesame Street, MTV, sitcoms, blockbuster movies, and the birth of the Web. Being a product of this gritty and urban kaleidoscope known for its liberal climate, walkable neighborhoods, social activism, and environmentally friendly spirit, I walk to the beat of my own timbales.
As a first-generation college graduate, I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management.
To unwind, I enjoy spending time with my husband and soulmate of 20 years, cycling along the beach, open water swimming, watching science fiction/horror/classic martial arts films, binging on UFC fights, curating playlists on Spotify, and cooking nutritious and eclectic meals.
